Have you seen the entire video, it's fab! I tried to search that same remix as well when I first saw it but didn't have luck. It can be Tom Novy's own or he might just use vocal of Blur and then add some beats on it...

On that video there is also nice remix of Marc et Claude's I need your lovin, does anyone know which one is that?
