Tipic Club (Formentera)

Hello,
This is a subject outside the main subject, but I just saw on Facebook a club in Formentera, the Tipic Club, had a large booking! For example Cocoon or Tania Vulcano ... All in residence.

Someone knows more about this club? I find no information other than their official website ...

And can you tell me more about Formentera and the party on this island?

cocoon is starting a summer residency there as well this year, always on thursday nights.

formentera is beautiful. party-wise it's nothing compared to ibiza. there's a few bars and 1 or 2 small clubs and that's it. very much recommended for a few quiet days and beautiful beaches.

The TIPIC is a club in Formentera that exists already for a few years and has been renovated most recently. With its improved sound system, the TIPIC is the ideal place for some pirate trips of our Cocoon Heroes! From the end of June until the beginning of September, we will now also be roaming Formentera! Indeed, a little smaller and more intimate – but for sure not less intensive!

So – come on, let's go! Island hopping with the Cocoon Heroes! Among others, we have on board Sascha Dive, Ilario Alicante, André Galluzzi, Dorian Paic, Tobi Neumann, Dan Ghenacia, Dinky, Tini, Guti, Frank Lorber and many surprise guests more...

June 30th - Dan Ghenacia, Francisco Allende
July 7th - Dinky, tINI

Did anyone go?

I've just watched the vid on facebook of Ilario Alicante. It seems to be the last tune, which might explain why the venue isn't exactly rammed.

Would be cool to know what it was actually like.

I'm guessing that once you are over there, you cannot get back to the mainland until the first ferry.

definitely not.

i guess it'll take a few weeks until things pick up really. but i'm sure it will be packed from mid july until the end of august with the invasion of italians in formentera.
 
Cocoon Heroes Formentera

Couple of questions about this...

Is there an actual boat run by the club? Or do you just get the normal ferry? And how much is it/how often do they run?

How far is the Tipic Club from the ferry port?

Gave this a run out last thursday ( 8th sept ) for cocoon heroes.... Great little venue.. Very much reminded me of underground with the outdoor section only a little smaller. Nice crowd but seemed 99% italian so the only downside was all the young uns where constantly learing over the missus to the point where she got uncomfortable with it.... still on the whole worth the visit and i hope they keep it running and a few more like minded brits venture over to experience not only a good little club but a beautiful island....8)
 
What's that other club there again, Stivi ? Saw a flyer posted up in the Port last Wednesday that Tony Humphries was playing there that night :!:

About 20e do a search and there are loads of threads on the subject. Boats go from all over to but more specific info is in the threads. Boat comes back early doors or you're up until the next morning though if you wanna do a night out or book a room.
