Tbh I find I feel worse if I have a few hours sleep on Sunday daytime, I prefer to carry on til I'm ready to drop and then have a really early night on the Sunday.

If you have to sleep tho valium does the trick and you wake up feeling all refreshed like you haven't even been out.

Or do less drugs at least! You can normally get quite a decent nights sleep if you limit yourself to 1 or 2 thingymebobs.... it's when you start hitting double figures that you can't sleep 8O

(not that I ever have, of course ;) )

Double figures!!...not quite at that stage   ;)

Think my prob is having some thingymabobs ;) too late on. At least you London folk get late closings, its all 3am here!

London? late closings? Try Moscow :D
I remember 3am closings back home in Washington. Now I'd be so disappointed!

Hate having to come out of the club (still 8O ), then come back to mine normally with some mates to wind down. Really does annoy us, as your constantly thinking the clubs about to close when your inside to!

I don't feel like I've had a proper night out if a club shuts before 6am.

I decided to go that route this weekend and still didn't sleep :(

TBH if clubs shut at 3am you should be fine. Just get back home, have a few drinks and you'll eventually feel tired, providing you havent done too many 8O

If all else fails... try Valium! But from personal experience I have always felt completely knackered the next day if I've taken sleeping tablets.

I normally have a Nytol and then I know I'm going to have 10+ hours pure interrupted sleep, post-clubbing sleep can often be quite patchy I find.

I normally try to stay up to, but by Sunday night I'm really tired but still cant sleep!

Nytol quite good for it then?

Thing is, it just feels like such a short night. I could easily carry on till 9am everytime I go out.

Oh...how many's too many in your opinion? ;)

That's what we started to do, leave around 3 go home to chill for a bit and try and get 5/6 hours sleep and still be able to enjoy sunday.

It does help if it's still dark when you go to bed. Soon as it comes light i can forget sleeping.

It's always worked for me for those times where you have to go to sleep, don't bother with the herbal one tho, get the standard one in blue packet.

Well... (and I know this will probably get deleted lol). If I am being really good, I'll just go out and have 1 or 2, a few glasses of wine when I get back, and then I'm normally in bed by 9am, sleep til 2pm, wake up, eat, then back to bed at 11pm for my "proper" sleep.
I'd say 4/5+ is too many to be able to sleep straight away, especially if you do them late on in the night, your body is just too buzzing to be able to relax and switch off. Then it's just a case of getting p1ssed and passing out I'm afraid 8O

Bed by 9am, but you probably didnt come out the club till about 6am...right? So you've probably been dancing for ages so are slightly tired?

If I'm being good, I'll have 2 or 3. Cant sleep even after 1 though   If I'm bad...4+...its a definite no sleep night

Not anymore tho little Miss Boo ;) Think of all the aftershow antics you'd be missing out on

To make things worse, my girlfriend can go out, be 8O , then fall asleep straight away

I'm moving down south for some all nighters :P :P :P
