I normally have a Nytol and then I know I'm going to have 10+ hours pure interrupted sleep, post-clubbing sleep can often be quite patchy I find
TBH if clubs shut at 3am you should be fine. Just get back home, have a few drinks and you'll eventually feel tired, providing you havent done too many

Thing is, it just feels like such a short night. I could easily carry on till 9am everytime I go out.

Well... (and I know this will probably get deleted lol). If I am being really good, I'll just go out and have 1 or 2, a few glasses of wine when I get back, and then I'm normally in bed by 9am, sleep til 2pm, wake up, eat, then back to bed at 11pm for my "proper" sleep.
I'd say 4/5+ is too many to be able to sleep straight away, especially if you do them late on in the night, your body is just too buzzing to be able to relax and switch off. Then it's just a case of getting p1ssed and passing out I'm afraid
