The surprising thing is that NN haven't been shut down for good ages ago!
There was an article on periodico de ibiza today according to which the new balearic government is tying to stop all this kind of chiringuitos turned into beach clubs with loud music, so enjoy it while it lasts...

What was their rationale? Really hope their party (and the others at No Name & Beachhouse) can remain open.
very sad news.
unfortunately due to the current police situation in ibiza we are no longer allowed to do parties at no name beach.
we have been working hard in search of finding a new home for tINI and the gang and should be back within the next few weeks!
we will keep you posted.

Not sure, but I am guessing just No Name! I ain't a lawyer, but No Name is a bloody shack on a beach, so I can't imagine it has a licence for anything other than serving cokes to people on sun loungers. I'm guessing Beachhouse has the correct licensing in place......
