I won't bore you with the "why I left Kandi politics." If you want the full story have a look thru the web.. or just listen to the gossip that is circulating on the web.

Anyway we are back this year ....and talks are underway to base ourselves out of Es Vive with small weekly parties in the bar every week. As its a 24 hour bar it wll need to be controlled to ensure every waif, stray and generally ****ed up punter will not be able to get in..

Tokyo Poject will not take on a big venue like El Divivino on a weekly basis and will concentrate on cool venues and sites where we can deliver a true Tokyo Exoerience.

Thi year its not about who has got the biggest nght anf having to sot of stupid competition. Its a boout giving everyone else a good time

Can I ask what the music policy is at Tokyo Project?

The artwork and website and the 'Tokyo Disco' name look like a copy of Hed Kandi, is the music going to be the same?

we had some real problems with the sound at Es Vive last summer - they kept having to put the limiter on when the Police turned up, meaning you couldn't actually hear very much at all.
It's a shame they have those issues, because it's one of my favourite places on the island.

thats been the historical problem for all bars after midnight, at bar M, mambo, etc you can't hardly hear the music at all.

those limiter things have spoiled more than one party/event that i've attended.:evil:
