Hi, i booked a hotel on Spotlight for the NYE/NYD parties but the credit card i used has since been cancelled due to fraud... Will it be a problem if i turn up with the replacement card (different card number)...?

I still have the cancelled card but i'd rather not carry it about with me as well as the replacement one as i'm liable (almost certain) to use the wrong one...

erm when did you pay for this event.as the money been taken out of your account yet.if yes no problem just inform spotlight of new card.if not taken out then you will have to pay again.

not a problem. contact tickets @ ibiza-spotlight.com and let roberto know you have cancelled the card. he'll give more info. this happens quite a bit, don't worry won't be a problem.

Hi James, sorry, i should've updated this... I found the contact email for Spotlight and emailed off the other day... Got a reply from Sarah who said it should be fine as i can pay the hostel with any means of payment when i arrive so i'm sorted...
