Thunderstorms in June???

Just wondered - do thunderstorms occur in June or are they more likely over the late August/September period?

I will be quite :cry: if I dont get to experience one of the wonderful thunderstorms of an evening.....

i've seen thunderstorms and electrical storms in june altho nothing compared to the those later on...............

for example, the lights didn't go out!;) :lol:

Hmm first time in June you see - I normally travel much later and guaranteed a good old storm - oh well - lucky I will be there in Sept as well then...8) 8) 8)
 
what about in the month of may?
more precisely starting on the 14th till about th 23rd... what can i expect as weather during that time frame?

Warm weather perfect to lay in a beach without roasting yourself, long days, child nights and maybe rain or a storm, but never too long
