That was taken from a show called America's Funniest Home Videos, which a few years back was called the #4 most violent show on American TV. People send in a home tape of them getting kicked in the crotch, hit with baseball bats, have a soccer ball knocked upside their head, shot with a BB gun, all in the name of good fun.
