but Im asking again now
we know there is a road going out from san an ,that has a monument on it, the monument is for a fisherman who drowned many years ago, and on certain days when its windy your meant to be able to see the spirit of the fishermans lover who watched his boat sink in the bay,
we went for many walks while we were away this year, but couldnt find the road, does anyone know where it is,
Also is it possible to walk from San An to cala salada, we walked out of town, went upto the swimming baths, turned left ,walked to the club blanco, thats now closed, and we were going to keep walking, but there was no way of walking from there,as the path !! disappeared, so we walked back down the main road,
took the turning on the right before the turning for cala gracio, had a nice walk up there ,then walked back to the cala gracio road, but kept walking till we reached cap negret, had a coffee in the hostal there,
walked back to cala grassionetta, had a lovely meal, then walked round the rocks to cala gracio,
we discovered a huge place to watch the sunset on our travels, a pity it was right next to the gas pumping station,
so as you can see going for long walks in Ibiza is no big deal for us

Also given our interest in all things paranormal, can anyone suggest somewhere else to visit when we go over in April, is it possible to walk to the altar for the plane crash, once you,ve got a bus or taxi so far
we were going to walk to the watchtower near es vedra but we ran out of time, we drank champagne overlooking es vedra on our anniversary, then had a long walk, we found ourselves at the sign to the tower but we were told it was another hours walk from there
so we wandered back over the grassland to find our way back to the main rd, finding ourselves in someones garden at one point as theres no walls, then we ended up in the vinyard, which we didnt see the private sign as we came through it from the back, oops,
we then walked down the road to the pretty beach cala d,ort to watch the sunset before our taxi picked us up again, it cost us 60 euros return for the taxi, but we felt it was worth every euro,
so any ideas folks, and I dont mean spirits in bottles in the bars before anyone says anything like that, lol

Gale force winds in San An right now, wonder if she's popped up.

Its not a wind its a fog.... that descends on the Island bringing with it ghost mariners seeking revenge for their deaths on a shipwreck over 100 years ago.

besides he price of a voddy-redbull in amnesia the scariest thing i saw in ibiza.

few minutes b4 the sky was almost blue ...
then that fog - not the clouds above, that thing creeping over the hills !! -
appeared within a few seconds and moved forwards very fast -
like in the movie THE FOG :!: :o 8O

I'd never seen fog in Ibiza before but took this photo last Tuesday morning.

A few minutes before it was even thicker.
