over here until saturday and first chance to get out on the bike today... the wind is ridiculous!!!! :eek:

full review to follow when i get back home next week... 8)
 
sounds like a recipe for grazed knees to me, take care on those caminos!
I was there last weekend and it rained for 90% of the time but as usual, the sun came out in the end and all was fine

gonna go to Es Boldado on Friday hopefully.... the weather has been terrible!!! just got completely soaked in a torrential downpour on the way back to San Antonio on the bike plus i've been suffering from man-flu since Monday and my throat feels like i've swallowed a rugby ball every time i swallow.... :(

Feck. I gargle (ahem !) with whisky if my throat's like that .. usually helps kill the germs & numb the pain (or so my granny used to say ;)) ! Meant to be sunny Thursday/Friday tho' .. but N or NE wind 14-19mph & cold (max 9-10 degrees).... keep warm if you're ill .. i'd trade the bike in for a hire car with a heater !!!

no can do on the hiring a car front... not until at least august when i'll have had a licence for 12 months... really wasn't so bad today!! in fact, it was actually really good!!! just a slight wind which was perfect for cycling and i took in so much more of the island today that i hadn't seen before... here until saturday and then it's time for madrid.. the review should be great ( even if i do say so myself :p )...

throat is actually a lot better although it still doesn't feel right but i'll struggle along...

had to laugh at the old man in the middle of nowhere "baa'ing" at a load of sheep and goats in a field yesterday as i cycled past him... i returned via the same route about 3hrs later and he was still there... :lol::lol:
 
Sounds good..3 more weeks and i will be there and a good chance i will be Baa`ing in the middle of nowhere at some stage of the holiday:D
