This is definately the best of the three episodes so far, darker and a lot more like DW of old.

Nearly every scene seemed to have a purpose (something lacking from the previous 2 scripts), it was not blighted by the kind of self parodying humour in the first 2 episodes and it was actually SCARY.
 
Watched it on Video last night.

Halfway through I turned to my wife and said 'this would have scared me to death as a kid'

Her reply was 'forget the kid bit, I'm tempted to leg it behind the sofa right now' . .

I think this series is just spot on.

Tongue in cheek , a bit camp , good chemistry between the actors and above all quite dark and creepy.
 
doctor who rocks!

i can't believe what a great job they've done on this - it's the best thing on the box at the moment for me.
 
I cant believe I forgot it was on - too busy fannying around on Sat night cooking to remember - is it repeated on any sky channels midweek? :evil:
