I hate to spoil a party, but........
I have heard in the last week of 2 people in my local area that have had letters from the authorities (presumely PRS) stating that they downloaded certain songs on a certain time and date. They pose the open-ended question.............this is Copywrite material, what are you going to do about it?
Scary, one of the recipients is a prison officer too!

I don't think downloading the odd tune is gonna cause you a problem , it's if you are sharing hundreds or thousands of tunes for other people to upload off you! Think about it, if lots of people are getting lots of tunes off you, then you are going to attract attention! 
Savvy!! Just be careful out there people!!!
