If possible give reasons and details for your answers, they don't have to be in order..

Formentara is included in this for those who are familiar with the place;) :D and if lots of people are coming out with the same answers, mix it up a little and share something new:twisted:
Just thought it'd be a light thread to busy things up a bit more:!:

I'll have a go to start with, I'll edit and add the rest in the morning.
Restaurants
Spoilt for choice! So many fantastic places to eat, I'll give a few of varying price range, location, style and ambience etc
-Banyan Palace Beautiful Thai food in a fantastic setting in the outskirts of san an bay (behind The riviera etc) Some nice staff and a great atmosphere..everything you can see (cultlery, chairs, plates, the chests the bill comes in etc) is all available for purchase as the owner regularly replenishes on trips to Thailand. I love Peter too, could sit and watch him all day:twisted:
-Chinese The name is on the tip of my tongue..so frustrating I can't believe I've forgotton it I eat several times a year at this modest Chinese next to the moby dick centre in the Bay. Prices are reasonable and it's lovely food. The staff are friendly and *very* efficient.. I remember one year they had a full restaurant and a powercut, the kitchen bust out candles and emergency grills etc and got all food out on time:!:
-There's also a Chinese further up past the Nautilus and up a large stairway..again cannot remember the name:oops: the atmosphere is a little more special than the afformentioned chinese and the majority Phillipino-american staff are lovely and polite, the food is beautiful and there are Koi in a pond inside (with the bridge way)

Shops
There's not an awful lot going on in San Antonio but Cuatro is excellent. A great place to pick up street labels stussy, maharishi, evisu etc and the dutch lady who owns the store is a wonderful woman.
I don't really need to mention all the nifty boutiques in Ibiza town, some nice pieces from good labels (miu miu etc) in the right places. I've come across a great little trainer boutique down a side street (not far from a store selling a lot of 'energie' called bad boy) it has some really good rare trainers and could rival many specialist stores in the UK, also has a selection of denim, tee's, jackets and urban art toys.

Just so many, but I used to have a real soft spot for Kanya
Last year a mate of mine was running Bar Tropi in San An- this year he's going to have a different bar.
The roof-top bar at the Casa Maria Apartments is cool
Kumharas is a must for a sunset
Mambo's for the music
