The future of Space

Does anyone have any updates on the future of Space? I've been hearing about their license not being extended after 4 years, but last night I heard from someone who has lived on the island for many years saying he heard it might not even be next year, due to the development plans that are being put in place, and this new resort/golf course..

Are these just rumors?? I bloody hope not, but nothing lasts forever :rolleyes:
 
That's sad to hear, however for me, Space died the day they put a roof on it........ I can imagine Ushaiaiaiuii (whatever its called) has taken a lot of the business from Space since it opened - does that seem the case?
 
My mate went to We Love last Sunday and said it was very quiet, which is a shame.. Space did loose its charm when the terrace roof went on, but for me the nail in the coffin was the end of daytime partying in 2008 :(

Still, granted Carl Cox and Enter are very strong nights, just shame that We Love (Home) was the night to put Space on the map as the 22 hour Ibiza club
