Dont tell me that im flying down from Glasgow to go there been to fabric loads of times but this will be first time at the end (i hope),so what your saying is too be on my best behaviour?

Well good luck and I hope they like the look of you unlike us
Also they are very hot on searches so be warned in that respect as well
Oh and they take your chewing gum from you 
Oh and the queue at the cloakroom can take over an hour cos they can't organise a pi$$ up at a brewery But apart from that it's a great club

Seriously I've had some fab nights @ The End, I've heard of them being tossers before but never experienced it myself until our last 2 visits I'm sure you'll be fine, also with it being so close to NYE it probably won't be so busy for cloakroom etc.I'm sure you'll have a great time (and if you don't then you can join me in the anti-The End brigade

And a very good home for refugees it is - I cannot remember the last time I had so much fun at The Gallery Me and Tom were just saying that the rate we're going you're going to be seeing a lot of us at The Gallery and Type

Dont think it will matter now as i have been struck down with this flu bug that has been going about glasgow
Will leave it till the last minute to decide wheter to go or not but dont want to feck up new year as well !

If Richie Hawtin is meant to be playing a very long set, be warned that he's likely to be hours late.
We went there once to see him for a supposedly 11pm-11am set, exclusively Richie Hawtin only, no warm up DJs blah blah. We thought it sounded too good to be true and that's exactly how it turned out.
He didn't start till 2:30am by that stage we were sick and tired of the very deep and proggy warm-up, in fact so deep there was literally nothing whatsoever going on in the music.
Hawtin then finally came on and continued in the same dead-as-a-fish style for another 2 hours (his own warm up, I guess) so when it finally started rocking we were practically foaming at the mouth with rage.
I have to admit he was incredible, in the end (and in The End!) but even so not really worth the wait (or be smarter than we were and go late!!!)
As for door staff, so many of them are Albanian, if you learn a few words in their language I'm sure you'll get in their good books! (unless they think you're taking the piss and then you'll really be in trouble)

Eh thats what they tell you to get you in early !!!!
Ive seen Hawtin bout 30 times anyway so know the score and seen his long sets at timewarp etc
Wont be seeing this one as i said coz i have the flu !!!!!

I am going to attempt to go out tonight cant bear the new year telly in scotland will be taking it easier than usual as im only bout 75 percent fit.
Glad to hear it was a good night tho how long was Hawtin on for and how was Magda looking !!
magda was on from about 2 (I think) til 3.30, then hawtin til close (I left at 7 or so). There was supposed to be someone else playing at 3.30 til 4.30 but I don't think they turned up.
