I'm on Orange now. If my phone gets lost, stolen or plays up/breaks or if i think it looks a bit grubby i ring them and they have a new phone couriered to me within 24 hours, often within 12/15 hours.
So can people on O2, Voda etc tell me what happens when your phone plays up/breaks? Do you get the same instant replacement now? I know they both used to make you send your phone to be (attempted to be) repaired before they'd give you a new one.
I guess if it's been lost/stolen then all the networks insurances policies will send you a new phone straight away?
