Please!

I'm on Orange now. If my phone gets lost, stolen or plays up/breaks or if i think it looks a bit grubby i ring them and they have a new phone couriered to me within 24 hours, often within 12/15 hours.

So can people on O2, Voda etc tell me what happens when your phone plays up/breaks? Do you get the same instant replacement now? I know they both used to make you send your phone to be (attempted to be) repaired before they'd give you a new one. :?

I guess if it's been lost/stolen then all the networks insurances policies will send you a new phone straight away?

Thanks..

I'm with O2 and lost my phone (or rather some shit nicked it) about 6 years ago. I seem to remember I just called them, they cancelled the SIM and then a new one turned up a few days later.

No way!

Yep, although a bit grubby often leads to it falling off a desk too ;)

But it's the guaranteed within 24 hour no quibble replacement policy that i couldn't be without....i don't think any of the other networks offer that do they?

No! But you'd be silly not to when a replacement phone costs £250-300 8O
