Taxi recommendations

Hi all,

I fly out on 9th july and had originally booked a taxi from the airport from @ibizataxis on twitter. Well that was a stupid thing to do as they now seem to have dissapeared.
Im worrying because people are telling me the queues at the airport are horrendous and that they charge whatever they want.
Are there any companies we would book with that are reasonable on cost to san an bay and reliable?

I dot want to go down the shuttle transfer route as its so expensive and take forever once youve dropped everyone else off. We are on a budget this year sadly !

don't believe the hype you're getting of all those supposedly serious taxi/transfer/vip transfer companies to be found on social media. firstly, most of them are illegal and don't even have a spanish company number...and neither a people transportation licence. sorry to say, but a lot of these companies are simply scam.

the official taxis have all taximeters and are all safe. depending on when you arrive, you might be waiting for a bit (i personally have never experienced more than 5 minutes though), but it normally really goes smoothly. again, it's those illegal companies trying to paint a picture which then supposedly should help them to get clients
