Has anybody stayed in Tallamanca or this hotel. Whats the area like.

I'm moving to Talamanca next week for a year 
Obviously I like the place, but it might not be to everybody's taste. Basically, it's not where you'll get the 24-hour party people experience. But that's just a few minutes away in Ibiza Town. (You can get a bus, taxi or even a little ferry.) Pacha and El Divino are both within fairly easy walking distance.
I've never stayed in the Playa Real. It looks like your standard 3 or 4-star, but it's right by the beach. I'd guess that it's much like most of the hotels in Talamanca, at least up that end of the beach, in that most of the guests won't be Brits. They're more likely to be Germans than anything else. So it's not the sort of place you're going to get your full British fry-up breakfast.

Talamance is my favourite place for hotels on Ibiza.
The Playa Real is a good hotel!
