Anyones views on the Sweeny Todd musical?

I seen it last night and though I can't remember how any of the songs go and despite the fact that I fell asleep for about ten minutes halfway through it, I think I enjoyed it. I mean, really enjoyed it, and not just cause HBC was in it!!

On a totally unrelated subject, can anyone give me any info on the Casino, do they host poker tournaments, if so whats the average buy-in, can you just walk in, is there a dress code etc?
 
I loved Sweeney Todd totally different from anything else around. And I dont usually like musicals.
 
Upon reflection I've decided its in my top 3 musicals of all time, in there with Oliver and..er...um...Carousel!!! Those are the only other two I think ive seen coincidentally, and they sing "you'll never walk alone" in carousel so it can't be bad!!!
 
I wouldnt mind going again just need to find someone who fancies it!

Boyfriend wasnt so impressed with all the singing. Think there was a bit too much for him.

Anyone seen that Clovefield yet? Keep hearing mixed reviews about it.
 
Sweeney Todd is brilliant. Although it is a Burton/Depp jobbie so it was always on the cards

Cloverfield is a disgrace to the motion movie industry and all copies of it should be forcibly inserted the wrong way into JJ Abrahams.

Rambo 4 though is absolutely brilliant, but in that sort of Rambo First Blood part 2 way (ie don't expect any subtleties or nuances in the script).
Also the fact that the SAS bloke is hard as nails was also an unexpected turn for the better
