I've used an M&S 'bag for life' in the past ... useful for bundling all the clothes you strip off after getting past the Ryanair gate ;)
 
I have a 'winter Ryanair coat', it has so many large pockets that I can get as much in them as I can in a case. Also a large bum bag that I turn around to my back that goes unnoticed under the coat!
