Sunset bars late October

Hi. We're looking to go to Ibiza late October (half term week) with two kids and wondering if any of the sunset bars will still be open? We're looking to stay at Seaview holiday village in port des torrent as its perfect for kids but do want to venture out a bit and defo would love to catch a sunset on that strip! Thanks in advance

Hostal La Torre will probably be open
Mint and Golden Buddha will be open

(Cafe Del Mar used to stay open until the end of october but I think it closes a bit earlier now)
