summer 2006 opening week

Im new to the board so hello to everybody.

Am I right in saying opening week in Ibiza is June 2nd 06 ?

Based on historical evidence, the Space opening will probably be June 4 and many consider that the opening of the season.

Many of the parties have their opening nights from the 3rd week of June onwards into early July.

There's always something to do. The clubs and bars and such will be opening up. Weather should be nice. Not too crowded yet but still a decent amount of people.

It depends on what you're looking for. If you want the big parties with the big DJs, then you'd be better off going a little bit later in the month.

That doesn't sound right. The Space opening party is always on a Sunday, which would be June 4th next year.

Edit: just checked the Space site myself. They have already announced for 04.06.2006 (i.e. June 4)
