Suggestions for sight seeing!

This is my 3rd time back to Ibiza this June, but i'm bringing an Ibiza Virgin with me! So i want to show him some of the island.

Would you suggest exploring Ibiza town during day or in the evening? I went here on my first visit before sunset.

I've never seen Es Vedra, so this is a must do for the next trip. Would it be easier to get a taxi to take us to calla d'hort? I really want to just view it from the top near the pirate watch tower. Just wondering what would be best option??

Anyone else got any suggestions for things to show him?

Ibiza town should be visited during the day and at night.
Hire a car or mopeds to go to Es Vedra. Atlantis is nearby so you could try find that too? If you come in from Ibiza town direction you could take a look at Es Cubells or if you come in from San José drop in at Cala Vadella and Cala Carbó beaches.
 
Neither me or my friend drive! Not too sure about mopeds... i don't trust myself in situations like that! I'm too clumbsy!

Looks like i may have to taxi it there?
