Suggested cycle routes on San An side?

Can anyone recommend any good cycling routes in this area?Don`t much fancy following the roads with lots of wholesalers trucks, hire car drivers or buses.Ideally looking for a sedate pedal,a bit of scenery,with a couple of nice watering holes along the way ;)
 
here's my tip. don't go north from san an - it's way too hilly. in my cycling days (before i bought a car) i always went to the east of san an - go out by the football stadium, it's flat and you get to see lovely countryside out in the direction of buscastell. there are plenty of small roads and you can do a circular tour taking in the can rich vineyard, can sires stables for horseriding, es broll for the arabic irrigation system, and why not drop in at can tixedo for a beer, a tapa, and gawp at some artworks.
