I really do think that Eric is just living on his reputation at the moment and i think his mixing skills are very poor and basic but theres a few classics thrown in sich as MAW to be in Love and Ministers De La Funk Believe which just makes me wanna go 'Wooohooooo'

Whats everyone else think?

totally agree with you mambo.. though i reckon eric's been piss poor for a long time now. used to really look forward to hearing him play out but now it's just the same old! I've a lot of respect for the likes of derrick carter and laurent garnier who have constantly evolved with the music and can still surprise you with their sets but imo morillo has become so predictable.

Do you know he now asks for private jets and things

Way overated and yet ppl still pay to see him play and he gets residency's at Pacha for mixing intro and outro's

This free cd is very good, I quite enjoyed listening to it.

Some one I know who's a mate of a promoter told me that he charges a minimum of $30,000 for a 2 hour set, plus jet with flights and first class class accomadation in a 5* hotel for 3 people. Bit over priced I think, Tiesto charges about the same amount too, with the same conditions.

I think Erick's right back on form recently, I used to be his no 1 stalker but over the last few years he really disappointed but after seeing him @ Ministry last month the boy is back on track. In fact I think the whole Subliminal family are on form at the mo.

Quality quality quality cd! Erick should have never changed his style. But having said that he's proper back on firm now.

Rob are you doing Subliminal in June, we were going to do La Troya but after seeing Erick and then Harry Choo Choo the other week who was AMAZING I am quite tempted for Pacha, altho that means we will be there Weds, Thurs and Fri :?

I wasn't going to as based on previous years its been far tooo busy and morillo wasn't on form, but as he is back on form i think i will. Then on to space for La Troya afterparty??? ;)

It seems to me that i'll be living in space and pacha this summer.

It won't be unbearably busy in June, so that could be a plan Subliminal and then La Troya Aftershow :D

You can never agrue with Eric's mixing skills, I've not heard this cd yet but his mixing last month was mind blowing....

Babs - me and bec were discussing the same thing yesterday about eric and decided that we if do eric we'll not be doing deep dish, cream instead, and if we went la troya, that we'd do Deep dish... Bascially cannot imagine do 3 nights at pacha in a week...

Hard decisions but ones I'd never agrue with :D

It's a toughie isn't it, I've got to do Deep Dish for Tom so I'll really just got with the flow on Weds, if the gay majority rules then I'm more than happy with La Troya  ;)

Altho we saw advert for Pure Pacha and Tongy's guests this year look piss weak again so if that's the case we might do Made In Italy on the Friday night.

At least we have the options, probably some of the best I've had in quite a few ibiza sessions. Now I know how Jose must feel when choosing the Chelsea starting 11.

La troya was good last night, and I'm sure bob would want a session in there lol... I guess time will tell, and if I make it past Tuesday or not alive
