You know I am not a thief but I am not a complete saint.
I hate hate the spanish banking system and their approach to banking.
That is either a sophisticated ring of hackers that used a universal pin and just used your "live" card or there was some sort of scam in which said establishment is part of.
Either way I am sorry dude.
I hate losing money and I don't want it to happen to me.
So:
Call the damn establishment and ask to speak to a manager.
It pisses me off that people derive to conclusions when I pay with my good credit card in some stores in Europe. I would raise hell!
Call the store and ask them. In fact you can give me the number I will call them in your behalf.
I thought about making a post like this twice.

It is a legal requirement in Spain to show photo ID when using Card's, So the Restaurant has broken the law ,,,,, Twice, Maybe worth a phone call to your card companies fraud department, You could try the Manager/owner or Police, But I suspect you get more interest from the company as they will almost definitely have to give you your money back.
