Is there really "a big shift towards live music"?!

By the way, maybe I missed it but I couldn't see much response on this forum to the article "6 month season in, 24 hour partying out" included on this website. It seemed ominous and a bit worrying to me :?

8O Surely that's a bit worrying no? I'm all for trying to stop people getting hospitalised, but this sounds to me like making clubs shut at 4am and revoking daytime licenses for places like space and dc10.

Unless it's all just talk...

Re your second point, I've heard smiliar stories every year I've been going to Ibiza, I assume part of it is 'media talk', yes the GHB stories are making headlines again this summer but they are just a minorty of ppl. I can see their rationale behind their thinking but the day Space (who's owner has a LOT of power on the island) stops opening in a morning, well I'll do somethring drastic :lol:

Well I hope you're right. I am always a bit of a doom merchant about things like that though.

Btw, I just had a look at the photos from your link at the bottom.... nice one! One ? though - the space photos.... were they taken on a camera phone? Or did you manage to smuggle a proper one in? And I see you have some from dc10 - do they let cameras in?

The pics are from my digital camera, it's tiny but I've always managed to get it into Space ;) DC10 have no probs with cameras.
