Got the limited edition with a Harlem Records mix disc

Brilliant house music from start to finish! Buy It!!!
 
hmm.. want this CD quite a bit

got the last one, wasn't particularly impressed, but hoping steve will do me proud this time!
 
Got it last friday. I think its quite good. What I particularly like about it as that CD 1 isnt just build up CD like most compilations are. I practically throw away every CD 1 from every compilation.
This has some bouncy housey choons from the off. 8)

What wouldve made it the perfect compilation is if it wouldve gone a bit tougher towards the end of CD2. I think Lawler plays a tad tougher when he DJ's.
 
Disappointing reviews - I loved Lights Out 2 - CD2 was the dogs dangley bits IMO...

Still - think I will have to purchase No 3 anyhoo :D
 
there is some really great progressive music out there....
but this CD aint showcasing none of it.....

boring *insert yawning emotion here*
 
Pretty boring, I wouldn't really classify this as progressive, there's more an electro house tinge to it. Either way, didn't really do much for me.

Ended up taking it back for Systematic Sessions Vol. 1 mixed by Martin Landsky and Marc Romroy. Brilliant. 8)
 
I think the tag of "Progressive" does not apply to Steve Lawler anymore, hasn't done for a while. its something he appears to feel very strongly about that he is not labelled as a Prog DJ
