Staying in Santa Eulalia

Hi everyone, I'm heading to Ibiza this year for the first time with my boyfriend. We have seen a good deal for the last week in June in Santa Eulalia.
I initially had intended on staying in Ibiza Town or PDB as we are definitely interested in clubbing but as it is so much more expensive to stay in those areas we are now considering Santa Eulalia.
What I'm wondering is if we stay in Santa Eulalia is feesible and easy to go down to PDB during the day to hit the beach and at night to go clubbing. Neither of us can drive so we can't rent a car. And I wonder if it would be worth taking the cheaper deal in Santa Eulalia if it causes us a lot of hassle and stress trying to get down to PDB all the time?
Any advice would be a great help?

makes no sense - what you win (cheaper accomodation etc)
you loose (taxi/bus/waste of time/etc) ...
... in the end it will be probably even more expensive .

btw - without dayparties there are not many reasons to go to pdb from st eulalia
during the day - because there are very nice beaches in the st eulalia area.
 
Thanks for the fast reply. We are only planning on going clubbing for maybe 2 nights and relaxing for the rest of the time.
I wanted to go to PDB during the day to go to Bora Bora, will this not be open during the day either?
I was also wondering is it possible to take day trips from Santa Eulalia or do we have to do that from Ibiza Town?

The reason that I'm thinking of staying in Santa Eulalia is because I've seen a cheap deal to stay there for a week. Any of the offers for PDB at the time that I'm free to go are twice as expenisive if not more! I'm just wondering if we want to go clubbing 1 or 2 nights is it really too far away?
And is Bora Bora no longer open during the day?

No it's not too far away. 25 Euros will get you to most of the clubs in a taxi and there is a nice boat trip which takes 40 minutes into Ibiza Town. As a previous poster said the beaches around Santa Eulalia are much nicer than those around PDB. Bora Bora is worth a visit but unless your hormones are raging after one trip it'll be "been there, done that" and the day parties are in question this year due to new laws about daytime music bars.

i'd agree - but i'm biased ;)

there's a regular bus service to ibiza town (where you have to change for pdb) and back - i did a cab to ibiza town the other night and its 20 euros - but in the summer there's the disco bus so you dont even have to worry about cab fares

santa eulalia is completely different to pdb or san an (though there's always guarana in the port if you want to get a bit of a clubby fix)

and "restaurant st" is unmatched anywhere on the balearics
