Start of season proper for dining out etc

Being a family man these days, we are planning our very first family holiday to Ibiza. Young Harvey will be visiting the island for the first time since being there is his mummy's tummy 2 years ago! The in-laws are also coming along :)

We are planning to stay in Cala Longa and I am wondering just how many of the local bars / restaurants will be open in early June? Or better to sak;

When will the island be fully open.

With a bit of luck and a fair wind we might get a night clubbing fitted in somewhere :)

I'm pretty sure everything bar most the clubs is open beg June.
Clubs that are open will be Space, Pacha, DC10.
Lovely time to go IMO before it gets too Hot and crowded. 8)
