im going im setemberfor the 1st time, but not decided if i go to san antonio, eivissa or st eulalia!

eivissa is crowded, but have bora bora,st elalia doesnt have night, but have tehe most beautifull beaches, right?

if stayng in st eulalia is calm, yet a can always go to evissa when i feel to party, right?
stayng near the party places is not stressefull?because if i want a noncrowded beach is not possible in eivissa!

travelling from santa eulalia is very easy. there's a bus every 30 minutes to ibiza and every 60 minutes at night.

i hear santa eulalia is supposed to be great for early evening drinks?
any truth as my other half is dying to go check this place out on our next visit?

nice, and the beaches are not so crowded, right?

yep - the main beach in santa eulalia is one of the very few that doesnt have the annoying sun loungers - there's about8-10 beaches up the coast which are very nice: cala mastella, cala boix, agua blanca spring to mind - youre also only about 20 minutes from the north side eg benirras, xarraca etc

santa eulalia has restaurant street - which is a little back street with about 17 restaurants - there is also guarana which is a mini club and is open till late with dj's etc - matt from layo and bushwacka! played a 4 hour set there on friday night after the ims

I stayed there last time I was in Ibiza. Not a party place, more for couples and families. Still it was a lovely place to stay & pretty inexpensive for meals and drinks. We were getting taxis for 4 of us up to Ibiza town or Playa d'en Bossa was about €20 at the time, but that was a while back now. I'm sure it's now probably double that.

a month or so i got a cab back from avenida d'espana (5 minutes from ibiza port) and it cost 19 euros

is the best beaches there so!?i go there and renta a car,if want to party,i go to eivissa!what do you think?

theres around 100 odd beaches all over the island - so wherever you stay you're not going to be that far from a beach - even in the middle of the island like san rafael or santa gertrudis a beach isnt more than a 20 minute drive ;)

You would be better in Es Cana. St Eulalia is DEAD during the day, the evening and night. Does make a good base though if your happy to sit around with 60 year olds

i'm sorry but thats the biggest load of tosh i've read for ages

if you think es canar is more suitable you need your head tested - of cpurse if you want a cheap resort full of brits then fine...

Got to agree with mr_l_k on this one. Santa Eulalia is a working Spanish town; just about the only place in Ibiza that stays alive all year round. Okay it isn't full of beach bars & night clubs but there are still lots of things to do if you get your head around the idea that there is more to Ibiza than clubbing. If you can't do that then you can get a cab to all the best clubs from around €20 -25. It has two nice blue flag beaches, lots of shopping, more restaurants than you can visit in a fortnights holiday and the most beautiful marina in the med. The people that stay in Santa Eulalia are maybe older on average than those who stay PDB but they aren't all in their 60s - far from it. As for Es Cana, well if you are coming here for egg & chips and pints of Stella then you can't go wrong; however if you want to include an experience of a bit of Spain in your holiday (Ibiza is in Spain remember!) then you could do a lot worse than SE.
