Freakstar is coming back! Tried to book a place to stay via Spotlight the past weekend. Did not work...Apparently last weekend there was something wrong with the payment system. Spotlight came back to me a day later after i questioned and said there was a problem over the weekend with their payment system....but, where I was wanting to book, was still available...but at 2/3 price and no deposit required! Quality service that you would not usually get. Quality Spotlight. Honesty 100%.
 
I've been booking my annual trip through Spotlight for a decade. Longtime use of this forum aside, the accommodations staff has always been helpful.

Once I saw availability elsewhere, but at a much higher price, for a hotel that Spotlight's system showed as fully-booked. I dropped the Spotlight team an email and they booked me into the hotel at their lower rate. :cool:
