I'm going to ibiza mid august staying at the club paraiso, i'v never been before and was wondering roughly how much spending money i would need to two weeks??

It really does depend on how extravagant you're intending on being?

What clubs you're gonna do? Are you eating out each night? etc

Hiya - what will your holiday consists of?

If you want to go to the big clubs you need to put aside anything from 20€ - 50€ entrance fee. Drinks prices are predominately high if you want to drink in the clubs and at the Sunset Bars or the "Cool" bars of Ibiza Town. Look to spending 15€-20€ for a spirit and mixer. €10-12€ for a bottle of beer and 5-8€ for a small bottle of water. Taxi's from San An to Ibiza - you need to look at around 27€ - but if there are 4 of you and you get a receipt, some clubs will refund your taxi fare.

In the West End bars of San An you will find the drinks a lot cheaper, a lot of the bars will do special drinks offers to get the punters in, for instance 1ltr of Vodka Redbull for say 10€ (mind you that was 2005) but basically you will find a lot of offers. You can of course just buy your drinks at the Supermarket (even cheaper again) and drink before you go out.

For food - again you have your Burger Kings, KFC, Pizza Places as the cheapest but then you can go up to daft prices for an evening out eating. Also, again, there is the supermarkets and you can buy your own food to save money.....

Hope this is helpful.... I usually budget around 150-200€ a day for 2 of us....
 
Yes quite helpfull thanks. Want to be quite extravagent but gonna get a good drink in the room aswell. But doing the sums i'm thinking around £1600 for the 2 weeks???

Easily enough......Just take what you can and stick to a budget - the thing with Ibiza is it can be done cheaply or it can be done stupidly - depends what your tastes are really....

Drinkers find it a more expensive Island than say others....;)
 
i'm proud to say i'm a drinker and that i don't find it expensive at all. and i only booze in nice places!
 
is there a method we can employ that would give us an idea which establishments are likely to scalp us on the price of ale??

Any bar which uses the words "Official Pre-Party" or "warm up sets" I should imagine... or the one's with the fittest most scantily clad barstaff
 
so it should be pretty easy to find reasonably priced booze in the rest of the approx 1600 drinking establishments apart from the less than 20 which offer the above service?

just joking honest................ well about the thong anyway !!!!
