I'm going on July 15th for a week.. How much money is everyone takin'?

2 years ago I was fine with £400.. I'm looking to take about £450 this year, though..

All these £1,000's for one week is just stupid I think, you can still go pretty mad and get slaughtered on 4 bills..

Only really the club entry fees that really mess you up I'd think..
 
Im taking £500 for a week and i think thats more than enough. I went for 2 weeks last year and i spent £1000, but i did waste lots on silly things and i wont be doing that again.

Tbh it depends what you wanna do, if you wanna go to lots of big nights then its gonna cost you, personally ill just be happy with a couple and spending the rest of my time chilling round bars etc or a cheesy night in the west end. You could quite easlily spend 1k in a week, if you wanna drink all night in the big clubs and pay their silly prices etc, i wouldnt say im on a budget this year, i just dont wanna waste money like i did last year.
 
Yeah, good point. spending £1,000 is like living like a king, and because you've got the money, you will spend it, because its there. Also, you'll find yourself more vulnerable to spending more money, simply cause you've got it I think..

I'd say under £350 and you have to budget a bit.. £450-£500 is comfortable enough, I think anyways, you can take that amount out there without having to worry..
 
Exactly, if you take it your gonna end up spending it, i always have done and im pretty sure i always will.

It is surprising how much you can spend during the day tho, even on the quiet days just lounging round the pool etc drinking and eating, it soon mounts up.
 
iv got £1100 for 2 weeks. went to magaluf last year and spent easily £500 In a week, so thought id best take a little bit more for 2 weeks in ibiza
 
going for 10 nights, taking £1400.

will be in a club 7 or so nights, even if i only have a drink or 2 in a club you still get through the money drinking in bars, and doing stuff in the day.
 
I'm going for a week and I'l be taking about £700 - so £100 a day should be ok I think. I'll take my bank card too, just in case though.
