Last year for two pepole (me and Girlfriend) i spent £1600 in a week ,that just about covered it,we whent to space,Cream,Pacha and Amarda eat out most nights and i drank lots.This year in going for 10 nights with my girlfriend and im takeing £3,000 and im fairly confidant that will all go.
You can do it alot cheaper than that though if you want imo. If your drinking, just do it all beforehand from the cheap supermarkets etc. Don't attemp to get drunk in the clubs...to expensive 
I don't really tend to eat that much in Ibiza
, so you can get by without much food (god I sound healthy 
)
Try using the disco bus instead of taxis...can save you a fortune

£3000? Don't scare the poor Lurker!
It's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string - there really is no right answer and you could end up spending seriously silly money if you wanted to.
It depends what you're planning on doing. If you're wanting to go out to the big clubs nigh on every day (where the entry is anything up to 60 euros) and then drink a lot whilst in there (drinks aren't cheap - between 6 to 9 euros for a bottle of water you can't refill and anything over 10 euros for alcohol) then the sky is the limit.
However, if you're savvy and limit yourself to 'only' going out about 4 times, have your drinks in your apartment from the ultra-cheap supermarkets or from the less posey bars you could quite easilly get by on about £600-£700 for two weeks.
Somehow, I managed to only spend about £600 last summer over 2 weeks, and I went clubbing 5 times (all big events), drank quite a bit, ate out at least once a day, mainly in Da Alt Vila in some stunning restaurants, hired a Jeep and bought some Diesel trainers. Getting in on the guestlist helped though.

f***in hell thats alot.I'd like to get to maybe 4-5 big nites.I don't really drink in clubs anyway.I won't be eating alot of the time for obvious reasons but if i ate out of the supermarkets and got alot of my drink from there would i be comfortable with say £1000-£1200?What about scooter hire?How much is it to hire one for a day?

honestly, the most asked question here.
I made due on like 350 Euros for four days. I ate out every night and went to big clubs. I had lunches and breakfasts by making them myself. Spanish meats come with so much preservatives in them you can keep them in the back of your car and still eat it the next day.
Just don't drink the water!

id say about £1200 is realistic for 2 weeks thats what i normally spend
