Speedqueen?

....anyone been? Am going to Leeds on saturday and am thinking of going instead of Basics. Heard it has re-opened at the Warehouse.
Anyone give me any tips/advice/info?

Yes speedqueen has re-opened at the warehouse and it is an excellent night but not for the faint hearted :?

The music is spot on and the crowd is fantastic, obviously you get some transvestites there etc and some ppl cant handle it but they are no bother at all.

I stay in the park plaza quite alot, its a really nice trendy hotel and its cheap (wait till you see the bathroom its fab......frosted glass and mirrored walls ;) ) Its directly opposite the train station in leeds centre and ideally situated for all the bars clubs.

Am getting excited now as haven't been out clubbing since NYE!
Do you know any way we could get on guetlist/q-jump for speedqueen?
Also any bars that are a must do?
Normally go to townhouse, northern lights but dont know leeds very well.

You'll have an excellent night in leeds, I was there on Friday.

I'm not sure about guest list but I can find out for you. As for Bars it depends what your into really??

Theres greek street where you have all the cocktail/wine bars quite expensive but very classy and chilled out or you can stay down townhouse end, the bars round there are funky and always packed. Theres a cool gay bar called Fibre..........this is a must.........by far the best bar in leeds... :D

Have been on the web and got a number for Speedqueen so will try and ring that and see what they say regarding guestlist/q-jump.
I dont expect to get on a free guestlist but its always good to have a q-jump, especially if you are not sure of where you're going!! 8O
If you can find anything about Paying Guestlist?Q-jump that would be great.

Fibre is on Lower Briggate, when you leave the hotel just follow the road on until you get to McDonalds ;) and then turn right onto Lower Briggate, Fibre is down there and when you leave fibre if you go down the alley at the side that will bring you to a street full of bars like revolutions etc..... :D
