Motorola's done great with their recent styling but everyone I know who has/had one (the missus included) complains of frequent software glitches. The missus also says sending texts on it is more difficult.

I have gotten an misdirected text, but it wasn't to an ex!

I think it's just the menu set up and all... not at intuitive as Nokia and you can often lose a half-typed message if you hit a wrong key or something.
