Spanish Style Xmas Day

For the first time in a few years we have decided to have Xmas at home and not sprint round the countries motorways visiting relatives. Can't wait :)

We have decided to have a Spanish style Xmas dinner.

The Hierbas, Absinthe and San Miguel are in place and it looks like Sea Bass in Sherry Sauce for Main Course with Spanish Nougat Ice Cream for Pudding.

Any other tips to add a spot of authenticity ? . . .

Maybe a sunbed session in the afternoon with a Cafe Del Mar CD on the Walkman to bring back the Ibiza Vibe ?

I could pay the Burberry Clad Chav from across the road to puke on me a la West End !!??

How about nipping down the corner shop and offering to be pay £8 for a small bottle of water ?

Get a good spanish wine, much better than beer for a Christmas meal. Get also a bottle of cava (spanish champagne).
Traditional CHristmas dinner in that side of the country consist of:
- home made soup with all the meat and vegetables served aside.
- Filled chicken with plums and nuts
- Turrones, the traditional desert. My fav one is black chocolate with almonds.
