Space Questions???

I was wondering if you nice people could give me a run down on how a day/night at We Love Space works?? I just have some general questions like when does the club open, is all the action on the terrace until the night time, when does the headliner usually go on, or is there even a headliner, are there multiple rooms of music??

Opens at 8am
Sunset terrace closes at sundown (as its open air)
New terrace & inside (discoteca) go till 6am

the new terrace headliners usually come on around 10 - 3/4 am followed till close by a slightly lesser name (depends on the line up tho)

discoteca lineup is usually more like a normal club with the bigger names on last (generally)

last year they had notices around the club with set times.

there are the following rooms

Sunset terrace
New terrace
Caja Roja
Premier Etage
Discoteca




People who are more expert than me in this please feel free to chastise my errors

don't they have the parking terrace outback as well for openings and closings
 
Yes they do Grego!

OK Space I love and hate the place, new terrace pah!

Space for me was all about dancing in the sunshine. Now Space still outshines any club, but I can't help but feel the "new terrace" is an extension to the oppressive inside!!

We Love start putting on their DJ's at 7pm in the "new terrace". But for me the morning/afternoon is best.

they dont appear on any of the current line ups at WLS

I think they're just playing 2 dates, shame that, I was really looking forward to hearing Superstylin' on the terrace again :lol:

Thank god Dazza has come to his senses and binned them :D

shame indeed i'm really gonna miss them on the terrace
those sets from 21 and all the way to midnight
became a very big part of the whole WLS experience
hopefully theyl appear on 6.8 or 13.8 the dates when i plan to be there this year

Actually the sunset terrace closes a few hours after sunset, usually around midnight.

You are an idiot.

They actually left it open last year as an extra chillout area - sometimes shutting at like 4-5am if I remember correctly. Obivously no music was playing.

sorry smartiepants, by opening and closing i did actually mean just the openings and closings of space and not WLS;) :p (i have now reread the 1st post:oops: )
 
WE Love Sundays is probably like this

Sunset terrace - generally 'lighter/happier house' great vibe in the sunshine (music stops at midnight)

New terrace - the best dance space in ibiza-where the headliners usually play (open mid afternoon till dawn)

Caja Roja - a sweaty box. expect plenty of minimal stuff this year (opens late eve till close)

Premier Etage- a chill out zone on the roof, also open till midnight. eclectic music policy(music stops at midnight)


Discoteca - for those who like it haaaaard (usually always open)

I'm confused now - was Caja Roja there before the refurb? is the sunset terrace new and the new terrace the same as the old one but covered over? Maybe I just missed a whole lotta space when I went there last 8O :oops: :lol:
 
The Caja Roja was added after the refurb of the inside of the club a couple of years ago. It's upstairs where (if vague memory serves) there used to be a balcony area overlooking the main dancefloor.

That was before the more recent refurb with the terraces.

Caja Roja used to be the former VIP if i'm right
