Space closing logistics

Elo, I have a feeling that i will come back from ibiza in june, with the certainity that i must return in September. How feasible is this, ie just for say the space closing weekend - Will I end up paying crazy money if i just leave it until say July to start trying to find a flight & accomodation for a couple of nights? What do you guys do - do you plan it all well in advance or just adhere (as i usually do) to the just in time management style? guidance much appreciated (oh andapols if there is a thread on this already that i cant locate)!:)

Book as far advance as you can. We always book both our Ibiza holidays months in advance and flight prices with the likes of Easyjet/Thomsonfly/etc can treble from booking early to booking last minute.

People laugh at me for being such an organised missy but I'm not as dumb as I look

i went for WLS closing last year, from sat night to wed am.........fitting in a good 16 hours at space, dc10 and then roger at pacha.

my flight cost about £80 and the accomm cost me about £30 for 4 nights (cost of accomm was based on 2 sharing, but you can fit 4 or 5 in, an apartment at playa sol in es viver)

flights were from manc btw - use www.skyscanner.net for budget airlines

:D :D 8)

cheers chap and chapess, how far in advance did you book grego...and was it straightdforward getting somewhere for just a few nights? Ta la!

If you're not fussy where you stay you'll always get somewhere to stay in Ibiza - I'm just a bit of a HMW when it comes to accomodation so that's another reason why I like to book early.

i only sorted mine out in july sometime on the back of going to the openings. playa sol, and others too, are fine for a couple of days.

one thing to note is that some of your easyjet types stop flights toward the end of sep so coming back start of oct can sometimes be a prob. however, i think jet2 and defo thomson do flights first week of oct.
