Been to loads but not for the past few years (although have said I'd go next May).
Absolutely fantastic - the best line-ups and musically-knowledgeable crowd I've ever known.
Was at their Croatian party this summer and it was amazing.
You probably know its in Minehead, not Southport these days.

Decided last night we are going to go next year! Cannot wait never been and the music is right up my street.
The line-ups have always looked great in years gone-by. Can definitely seeing it attracting an ecletic knowledgable crowd.

Is it the 50th Anniversary though? I thought there was a few years when they held a winter and a summer weekender. Could be wrong, but sure I read that somewhere.

They changed from doing them twice a year to once a year, so if 49 is May 2013 then the 50th will be 2014. To be honest, every weekender has an amazing line-up so I wouldn't specifically wait for the 50th party. May 2010 alone had Carl Craig, Derrick Carter, Dixon, Spinna, Grandmaster Flash, Karizma, Kenny Dope, Kerri Chandler, Roger Sanchez, Theo Parrish & Todd Terje + Beverley Knight, Naughty By Nature & Sounds Of Blackness live.
Think next May is nearing a sell-out and they only have certain accommodation options left though.
