to be fair to Kate Lawler - is she not getting some credibility in the scene? - she is a resident at Sankeys now

I think anyone who books Kate Lawler will always be open to abuse, despite never having seen her play I believe she has a clubber herself for years and was into the scene before BB, so to be fair if I was handed 70 grand Id quit my day job and concentrate on trying to get into it myself.
Problem is that the majority of folks who will pay to see her are the same people who would also be excited at the prospect of a Beppe Di Marco PA etc.
