Hi,

I normally use mediafire to upload my mixes but i've noticed a lot of people use Soundcloud and this means you can listen as well as download. My problem is i can't seem to make it work?? I signed up, I Uploaded some stuff last night and it immediately disappeared and i've tried to do it again today and it gets part of the way into the upload, stops then restarts. If anyone uses it and can give me any ideas what i'm doing wrong i would really appreciate it. My net connection is good and the mixes are around 90 mins long.

I have heard of people having problems uploading longer mixes. Also with long file names. Make sure its mp3 encoded to keep size down is the only thing i can think of which you've probs already done. Just keep trying
 
Don't worry there are issues with it at present. Mine took two or three attempts yesterday as it was reseetting like you explained

P.S Don't forget to save your mix once it has uploaded. It will say it is creating a waveform but it never tells you when it is complete so leave it for ten minutes or so and then try your link to see if it has finished

Issues? Is it normally completely **** or am i just having bad luck? Been trying to upload for 2 days now and to add insult to injury i have run out of upload time because it keeps cutting out halfway through! My first impressions are that soundcloud is a crock of crap
 
It's been ok until the last couple of days. To be honest I prefer using sites like waxdj or house-mixes.com. I find you get more downloads on them but people seem to rave about soundcloud. I can't see it personally
