Who's in for a SPACE OPENING "warm-upper" at HOTEL GARBI on Sunday afternoon?

Just scrolling through this forum and it sounds like we need to 'rally the troops' on Sunday!

I'm heading to Ibiza solo this year.....my wingman from Canada just bailed on me:(
So, I actually now have an extra ticket to the IMS, Space Opening & DC-10. FREE give away to anyone in need!....but you'll have to buy me a shot!

It's my 5th time to Ibiza (3rd Opening weekend) so no stranger to the scene.

I'm flying in on May 27th and will hit the IMS that night. Sounds like alot of you guys are already meeting up on Sat. night??... Don't peak too soon Firefighter!!!
That sounds like a potential weekend 'party foul'...... Ha ha. We'll see who's still standing Monday morning at DC-10;)

HOTEL GARBI is the perfect spot for 'pre-sips"....AND...the hotel is within easy stumbling distance to SPACE! Who's in?

P.S. Anyone who wants to meet up Fri. evening before the IMS or lounge on the beach Sat. daytime......let's make it happen!
 
Sounds like a pretty damn good time....=) I'm in!! Although, I may need a little leeway on the showtime....HAHA!! Should'nt be later than 3 if thats okay. But I'm definitely down with a little pre-game action!! Don't think I've been to the Garbi before. What do they have there? Just a beach bar, or what? Either way, I'm there. I'll shoot ya a message with the cell phone number I'll be using. I'll be there on the 28th. CAN'T WAIT!!!

We are having a few drinks at borabora before heading to the IMS i think.

Never been to Garbi, but im up for some warmup before Space sunday!

HOTEL GARBI on Playa den Bossa beach @ 2:00pm Sun. May 29th.

I'll post my room number as soon as I get there (I'll also leave the room # with my username down at reception). We can chillout on the balcony (hopefully overlooking the ocean!) and prep ourselves for the marathon event! Or, we can always take it down to the beach bar by the pool. I'll supply all the Grey Goose & mix, so you just need to show up with your dancin' shoes on!
Any other drink requests I should include on the bar menu?

If it's anything like past years, the line up to get in to SPACE will start around 3:30pm (maybe even earlier?) so, I figure if we roll down there around 4:00pm-ish, we'll likely have about a 30-45min wait before we actually get in. If there's a small group of us, I'm sure we can keep ourselves entertained!
If we leave it any later than that then forget about getting close to the DJ stage (and the smokin' hot dancers dressed in 1950's flight hostess attire!).
Once inside, most people head straight to the outdoor canopied area aka 'flightzone" (it's actually the converted parking lot out back). It's a bit of a chore to try and get drinks out there so we'll take turns making beverage runs! Once they open up the other rooms inside and the place starts to fill, around 8-10pm......get ready for an acoustical smorgasbord and an assault on the senses! It's awesome!

Kokkenrene, thanks for the invite to Bora Bora. I'll get to the hotel at approx. 7:30pm on the 27th so could hook up with you guys at Bora Bora by 8pm? Totally understandable if you can't hang around 'til then. Let me know.

Sounds good, homie!! I may bring some drink of my own to add to the party. But dont' hold me to it...lol!! I've been known to put down quite a few beers, but maybe I'll stick to the mixed drinks to avoid hitting the head every 5 mins. I"ll def try and be there by 2. Thanks for puttin it together bro!!

No, seriously, I'll have ALL the beers & VRB's we can handle.... chillin' on ice (that's Vodka Red Bulls in case you're wondering!) Pacing ourselves will be the key!

I'm still waiting for those 6 lovely ladies from Scotland to announce their attendance! missxtx[/B...you still out there??

What are your plans for Sat. night? There's a lot of cool outdoor restaurants & cafes in Ibiza town..... if you guys are not too jet lagged. I'm gonna carbo load that night before the big race!
 
I'll be there this weekend, subject to volcanic ash, and would be keen to meet up prior to heading for Space.
 
Tequila shots!! WOOHOO!!!!! I'm always down for some of those...HAHA!! I'm really gonna have to try and take it easy Saturday night. Sounds like Sunday is gonna be a serious day....HAHA!! But man, it's gonna be hard to control myself. If you knew where I've been stuck for the last 4 months, you'd understand. Either way, I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and having a good time before and during SPACE. 3 MORE DAYS!!!!
