Does anyone know if it's walking distance from Cala Llonga to Sol d'en Serra and whether it would be safe for a woman on her own to travel to and from there at night?
It is walkable - however it's a horrible bumpy road - past the old camp site & riding school - I wouldn't recommend it in the dark -it's bad enough driving along there.
It's only a few hundred metres but as bellagio said, the "road" / rutted dirt track is in very poor condition so not sure if a taxi would do the short distance with the risk to their car. Don't walk alone at night though - there is no street lighting.
The Fiesta Cala Llonga on the hill side might have a courtesy car/bus or try other guests for a lift - holidaymakers don't care in hire cars.
