? Is available in restaurants?
I know I just keep questioning about food, but for me and my friends is very important when we travel and also when we don't, jejeje.

Hi Stuie :D , I like to try the Ibiza food, this is a Ibiza dish, I have never tried this one but I know that first they serve you a soup and after the meat with potatoes, sobrassada and butifarrons. This year if is possible I want to try it, but I am not sure if this is the rigth time of the year to have it, looks like a dish to eat in winter, maybe I am in the wrong.

This is what I though when they explained to me what it was, but I think that the summer is not the rigth time of the year to eat it, maybe somebody coud tell me if I am in the rigth. :D

Flaó it's a caloric bomb too but who can't resist it even in august?

Mikkak, to be honest, I don't really care if it's winter or summer food. As long as I feel like having it, it's ok. ;)
 
:D :D I don't care ither, what I mean is that I am scared not to find it in any restaurant if is a winter food.

I ate it one time in Can a Papeta (is it?) - did not like it! :?
 
i love it! but normally it's a winter dish and a lot of restaurants serve it as a special for sunday lunch. i don't think you'll find it in the height of summer though....yet another reason so visit off season!
 
Thanks Stephen and everybody, I think I'll go for the bullit de peix then, jeje and I 'll try the sofrit pagès in another ocassion.
