I usually sleep very little on a sunday night, not so good Monday/Tuesday then i seem to improve and catch up as the week goes on - then it goes full circle again.
The clock change in two weeks will help though. Our bodies will think we're going to bed an hour later (so will feel naturally tired) and getting up an hour later.
