Sleep Paralysis

Man, I HATE that sleep paralysis thing. It is so frightening like (but not really as bad...) being awake during surgery and you can't get up or scream or do anything. You are just trapped in your own body. UGH! Being paralyzed during sleep makes my heart pound and that surgery thing has to be my worst fear!

argh I used to have this like a month back, horrible! Used to feel like somethin was crawlin up me and I couldn't move and always had a really horrible screeching sound in my ear and used to wake up in a cold sweat, not a nice experience, I've never even done drugs either :x
