Skin cancer on the rise

I'm more concerned about the aging effect it could have on my face. Last year in Ibiza I tended to sit in the shade. I have very fair skin so wouldn't take a deep tan anyway. If I wanna be brown I just wear fake tan. I don't wanna speed up the aging process!

I'm really concerned on skin cancer and aging effect.
But as long as you use the right factor and the right product it's ok.
My advice: use sunblock all day long, even if you stay in the shade, cos the rays can catch you under a tree ;)

Yeah, I put on a high factor even when I'm sitting in the shade.

Laura,

I bet you are the only brit tourist that doesn't get burn when in Spain ;) :D

Ah, the teaming bright pink British tourist masses :) Always a pleasant sight on the island.
Solution to your sunburn problems: be black!
Then again, I do get sunburned... problem is, I only realize it when I start to peel 8O

I only use F15 and keep using it all holiday, i also retire from the sun around lunchtime and always wear a hat to keep the sun off my face.

I've stopped using sunbeds now too and cut back a lot on certain other things that encourage premature ageing...

True! I've had my fair share of sunburn so made the decision 2 years ago not to bother cooking myself in the sun anymore. I get too hot anyway and prefer the shade.
