its about a 10-15 min walk into San An Bay for drinks, food and shopping etc.
There is a bus service (directly outside your hotel) if I remember correctly it runs hourly which takes you through San An Bay and direct into San An - if you fancy the walk into San An - its about 3k and not pleasant when its boiling so make use of the bus service.
You can also get a taxi ferry service from the little beach near your hotel to San An harbour too - that's quite nice...

i would walk back to sober up.best to walk up one side one night and other side another night.ect.dont try and do the lot in one night.too many bars.you can walk up into bay say in day or night and get a little ferry boat to san an main town.some nice shops ect you will find there.but the bay as all you need.enjoy it
